Title:
Microsoft's Composite Application Library for WPF and Silverlight
Abstract:
This talk will first define the concept of Composite Application, discussing when you would want to design your application in this way, and why you would want to use Microsoft's Composite Application Library (also known as "Prism v2") framework to do so. Then we will jump into the code and show a very simple Composite Application that works for both WPF and Silverlight.
We’ll look at a couple of key design patterns (e.g., Dependency Injection and Model-View-ViewModel) and technologies (e.g., WPF, Silverlight, Unity) to make this all work well.
